Meet Tianna – the lead of Orting Animal Hospital’s front desk, where she’s been spreading kindness and supporting her team for almost three years. With over seven years of experience in the veterinary field, Tianna’s journey began in the high-stress, high-reward world of Emergency Veterinary Medicine, where she led client services for over two years. She thrives on bringing thorough communication and compassion to every interaction, making even the most anxious pet owners feel right at home.

Tianna’s skill set is a blend of friendly professionalism, leadership, and innovative problem-solving – she’s the kind of person who tackles challenges with a smile and a collaborative spirit. Whether it’s managing a busy phone line or comforting a nervous client, Tianna does it all with hospitality.

When she’s not managing the front desk, Tianna is a proud plant mom, nurturing her leafy friends (some say they get more attention than her coworkers). She’s also a proud pet mom to her 6-year-old German Shepherd, Kai, who she absolutely adores. She’s an avid reader, particularly into mystery and fantasy novels—if she’s not solving pet-related puzzles at work, she’s cracking the case in her latest book. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s currently in school, proving that she’s not just growing plants—she’s growing her knowledge too!
