Dr. Tina Lasrado

DVM

Dr. Lasrado attended both the University of Michigan and Michigan State University, where she graduated in 1987. She has practiced in the Midwest and Washington for over 30 years. She enjoys all the challenges of Veterinary Medicine as there is always so much to learn and continue learning. Aside from helping your pets in the clinic, she enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, exploring new cultures, and making new friends!

Dr. Camille Ogdon

DVM

Dr. Camille Ogdon, DVM, is so excited to be caring for your pets in her hometown! After attending Washington State University for her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, she started veterinary school at St. George's University and spent her clinical year at Oregon State University. After many years of studying away from home, Dr. Cami is so happy to be in the Des Moines Marina area again. Dr. Cami values holistic approaches to medicine and is working towards her rehabilitation therapy and acupuncture certifications. She also considers herself a crazy doodle lady and has a mini Goldendoodle named Bindy. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, doing arts and crafts, playing video games, and traveling the world. Her favorite places she has traveled to are Ireland, Disneyland, and Antarctica.

Dr. Darcie Meiman

Dr. Darcie joins the Orting Animal Crew all the way from Kentucky! Dr. Darcie enjoys all aspects of VetMed and having variety in her day, which is why she is especially excited to work with not only dogs and cats, but also exotic animals like reptiles, rodents, and pocket pets. When not in the office, she can be found swing dancing or hanging out with her little white fluff ball, Delmar. Dr. Darcie is excited to help all your animals feel the best they can!

Dr. Bart Iaia

DVM FAAVA

Dr. Bart Iaia is a 1992 graduate of Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. His professional interests include dentistry and food therapy. Dr. Iaia also has interests in complementary medicine and has completed courses in Lomilomi. He is a certified acupuncturist from both the Chi Institute and the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society. He has had extensive Chinese Herb training through A Time to Heal. He is also a fellow of the American Association of Veterinary Acupuncture (FAAVA). Dr. Bart enjoys spending time with his wife Denise, their daughters Brie and Gianna, and the household pets. “I have always admired Veterinary Medicine. It truly is a profession that allows one to practice all aspects of medicine.
Laura Arce

DR. LAURA ARCE

DVM

Dr. Laura Arce is ready to turn her passion for loving animals into a long-lasting career! She became a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2023 at Ross University located in St. Kitts and Nevis and is ready to establish roots here in the Pacific Northwest. She really enjoys working with small animals including all types of exotic species, especially rabbits! Dr. Arce is Fear-Free Certified, bringing a skillset to the office that offers extra comfort for your furry friend! She values clear communication and client education so that their pets can live their best lives at all times. Outside of the office, Dr. Arce loves traveling, reading, painting, being outdoors, and spending time with her two bunnies.

Dr. Aubrey DeHart

Dr. Aubrey DeHart is originally from San Jose, California, and received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. After graduating from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, she is thrilled to be back on the West Coast!
Her areas of interest include nutrition and dermatology, but she is especially passionate about behavioral medicine. Dr. DeHart is also Fear-Free Certified to help your pet have the best experience possible at the vet!
In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her rescue dog Dani, spending time with her horse Roxy, gardening, and exploring Washington with her friends.

Amy graduated from Pierce College in 2016 with a degree in Veterinary Technology. As a licensed veterinary technician, she has a special interest in the oral health of her patients. She lives in Orting with her husband and two pugs, Chester and Francine. Her pups enjoy kayaking and playing at the dog park. She also has two cats, Samson and Marty, who provide hours of entertainment with their wrestling.

Amy loves to spend time outdoors and is often biking on the Orting trail. When the weather doesn't permit outdoor activities, she likes to play board games with friends or curl up on the couch with her furbabies and watch a good movie.

Briana joined us with 11 years of veterinary experience. Her favorite aspect of veterinary medicine is dentistry and assisting in dental procedures. Originally from Puyallup, she has lived in California and Arizona. Briana has an extensive list of fur babies at home, including 8 chickens, a turtle, a lizard, a rabbit, and more.

In her free time, she can be spotted out hiking or traveling the west coast with her Dachshund Theo and cats Fischer and Milo. Briana can’t wait to meet you and help your furry family members!

Isabella is a PNW native with over 5 years of experience, including receptionist experience. She absolutely loves working with her team, meeting new pets every day, seeing our regular patients, and keeping them well and healthy.

Isabella enjoys hiking and exploring, or staying home reading books with her dog Princess, cat Taz, and sometimes even her snake, Monty. Isabella can’t wait to work with you!

Christine moved here from Colorado with 7+ years of veterinary experience, where she worked at a small animal clinic as well as with an orthopedic surgeon. Her favorite aspect of the veterinary field is specialty surgery and orthopedics.

Christine has 3 dogs and 1 cat at home, who she loves to take on hiking and camping adventures (yes, even the cat). In her free time, she is most often found traveling, skiing, kayaking, and generally enjoying any outdoor activity she can get to.

Madison is freshly into the veterinary field, with a background in primate care. New to the PNW, originating from Virginia and moving from Kentucky, she is loving the small-town feel of Orting. Madison’s favorite aspect of the vet field is seeing the success stories of the critical state animals—the pets revitalized and the joy that it brings to the owners.

In Madison’s free time, you will find her cooking for her family, baking, off-roading, or cuddling up with her cats, Cleo, Thor, Pablo, and Zorro, as well as exploring the outdoors with her American Bully, Riley.

LEAD CSR

Having worked in an emergency veterinary hospital for almost 5 years, Tianna is so excited to work in general practice. She has always loved the client relationship aspect and can not wait to grow with your furry friends. Over the last few years, Tianna found a passion for training and has been a lead CSR for 3 years now.

She has a furbaby German Shepherd Kai, who currently lives his best life in Arizona with her mom. In her off time, you can find her shopping for new house plants in a nursery nearby, or reading new books.

Megan has been in the vet field for 20 years. Prior to her career in the vet field, she showed dogs professionally in dog shows. She comes with a lot of knowledge of pet behavior and has a passion for pet structure and function.

Megan came from an emergency vet and is exceptionally thrilled about the opportunity to provide help and get to know you and your beloved pets. Ask her about all of her experience, you won’t regret it!

Emily

Receptionist and Social Media Coordinator

Emily is a receptionist at Orting Animal Hospital and is a lifelong Lake Tapps resident. With about 4-5 years of experience, she enjoys the client relationships she builds.

In her free time, you can find her at home cuddling her two dachshunds, Daisy and Finnie, or her guinea pig Monty Carlo. She enjoys gardening, houseplants, watching the Mariners, going to their home games in Seattle, and taking her annual trip to Arizona for spring training. Emily loves the summer to go out on the boat on Lake Tapps, play badminton with her family, or take Finnie and Daisy out on a walk. She cannot wait to help take care of your furry family members! Go M’s!
